Our Homes

Yellow House
Our Yellow House sits behind the Victorian and Garden House. It offers the most privacy and is open all year. It is located near the seasonal outdoor pool. The Chablis Suite upstairs features a private entrance, king bed, double jacuzzi tub and private balcony overlooking the forest.
Pet Friendly Garden House
The pet-friendly Garden House was originally built around 1870. It was located one block down the road, purchased in the 1980s and moved to its present location. Cozy fireplaces, high ceilings, screened porches and a welcoming parlor make this pet-friendly farm house a unique experience. Choose from the Champagne, Sandpiper and Lighthouse rooms.
The Victorian
Our Victorian house was built in 1802 as the Bloxom Tavern. Around 1850 it was converted into a residential home and in the hands of the Nelson family for more than 110 years. It is the oldest house in New Church. The Victorian parlor, dining room and registration are also located in this building. Choose from the Chardonnay, Merlot, Chantilly and Nelson.

This spacious suite is the perfect romantic getaway upstairs in our Yellow House. This special suite has a private entrance, king bed with cozy fireplace, 55" Roku TV, sitting area with sofa and hardwood floors. The private bath has a separate walk-in shower, dual sinks and a double whirlpool tub big enough for 2! Relax on your private balcony with a view of the woods. Add a bath bomb or flower package to surprise someone special. Pet-friendly. Sleeps 3 adults.

Romantic roses adorn the trim in this spacious, private room located on the entire 2nd floor of the Garden House. It features a king-size brass bed, gas fireplace, sitting area and large double whirlpool bath/rainfall shower. Great for anniversaries or special birthdays. Lighthouse Bedroom

This ground level Garden House room has a semi-private carpeted, screened porch and bright windows. This room features a king bed, whirlpool tub/shower, cozy fireplace and cork flooring. Dogs & people love the screened-in porch! Great to use with Sandpiper for two couples traveling together. Pet-friendly. Sleeps 2.

Sandpiper Bedroom

Sandpiper Room Rates/Availability

A cozy room with a queen bed, whirlpool tub/shower, cork flooring and warm fireplace makes this a most comfortable room. Located on the ground level of the Garden House and features a semi-private carpeted, screened porch. Great to use with Lighthouse for two couples traveling together. Dogs & people love the screened-in porch. Pet-friendly. Sleeps 2.

Chardonnay Bedroom

Chardonnay Room Rates/Availability

Located on the first floor of the Victorian House, this spacious historic suite has Queen Anne windows, a beautiful king-size bed, cozy fireplace and sitting area. The high 12 ft. ceilings, amazing sky-lighted double Jacuzzi tub, separate tiled walk-in shower and dressing area makes this a one-of-a-kind romantic room. Easily accessible with access ramp. Add our spa gift shop package to enjoy in that spectacular tub. Sleeps 2.

Merlot Bedroom

Merlot Suite Rates/Availability

A bright romantic suite on the second floor of the Victorian House with lots of windows overlooking the gardens. This peaceful suite features a beautiful king-size bed, cozy fireplace, TV with Roku, dining area, two sittings areas, a large closet and twin-size sleeper sofa. The private bathroom features a separate walk-in shower and a double Jacuzzi tub with room for two! Merlot is the largest suite in the Victorian which makes it great for longer stays.

Great for those with pet allergies as pets are NOT allowed in this room. Sleeps 3.

Chantilly Bedroom

This upstairs room in the Victorian House has a four-post queen-size bed, fireplace, historic Victorian Queen Anne windows, 43" Roku TV and sitting area. The spacious bathroom features a deep Jacuzzi tub/shower with room for two, dual sinks and sky light. Located across the hall from Nelson room. Surprise someone special with our bath bomb package.

Note: Bathtub is large and deep, so you need a long step to get in. As beautiful as it is, it is not perfect for those with hip problems. Sleeps 2.

Nelson Bedroom

This upstairs room in the Victorian House features a queen cherry sleigh bed, sitting area, Roku TV and Queen Anne windows. The bathroom features a 1913 antique clawfoot deep-soaking tub, shower, dual sinks and skylight. Located across the hall from Chantilly room.

Enjoy a trip into the past in the Antique Deep Soaking Tub. Sleeps 2.
